Disappointed
I purchased this candle from HomeGoods at the first time and I love it. The smell was really intense and all the wax was melting. This time I ordered from this website ( 4 of them)and I regret it.You can barely smell it and the wax is melting only in the middle which is such a waste. Not sure why is that?!

Hi Magdalena! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions!
