In my opinion, this does smell like Thanksgiving dinner cooking, except a little more pleasant. It has a cheerful, fall fragrance. I have bought several of them. Slightly light fragrance.
Oh Chile, this really does smell like the drippings of the bottom of a turkey pan. Straight umami!! It smells exactly how it sounds, just without the cranberry notes. The best part of this candle is the bond my family has gained from laughing at how bad this candle smells.
I bought this for a shop where I volunteer because I hoped it would smell like dinner when you walked through the door. I don't know if it's because the ingredients are too natural, but you really can't smell it. The cheaper candles smell stronger.

Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. When I was younger I loved scratch and sniff stickers. This is a candle version! It smells just like Thanksgiving. I get a whiff of sage, butter, onions, gravy, and cranberry. Truly amazing! Can't wait to buy more candles!
I found this candle at the local marshalls and assumed it was just "fall" scented. I was quick to find out that no, this candle smelt like a whole dinner. Like the contents of my stomach kind of in a terrible awful kind of way. The candle does smell exactly like thanksgiving dinner so that's why I gave it 5 stars, not because I enjoyed it but more so because it was so painfully accurate I had flashbacks to the annual fights my family has. It's a choice that is for sure!
