    No smell

    I was looking forward to getting this candle because I thought it would smell really nice but it had no scent when I smelled and burned it. Disappointing because I usually love your candles

    Hi Debra! Thank you for your review and feedback! We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions! :)
