Wow! This candle smells absolutely amazing and really made the while house smell absolutely amazing. I will definitely be getting this candle again. It smells soothing while making your house smell like freshly baked apple muffins.

Candle hardly burns. Tiny flames. Barely even staying lit.
DHDW Home Candles2 years agoThank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. When the flame on your wicks are low and small, this means the wicks may be a little too short of the amount of wax in the candle. This can be an easy fix! We suggest burning your candle three times for about 3-4 hours during each burn to allow the wick more exposure in the wax. Candles self-correct which is why burning your candles multiple times for a few hours almost always fixes any issue! We also recommend that during this period, only trim the very top of your wicks that way the wick maintains a long enough length to burn properly.
If this solution does not work on your candle, please email our Customer Service Department a photo of the inside of the candle and we will gladly resolve this issue for you.

Flames are so small it wont melt all the wax and doesnt put off alot of the smell into the air even after burning for afew hours

Also, Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts.

This is a fantastic apple candle, the bakery notes in it then the chai slices really make it something special. The packaging is beautiful and it would be hard to find someone who doesn’t like this candle.
