Shipping disaster
First of all, I don’t want to bash the candle itself. I am obsessed with this candle. However I’m utterly disappointed because for some reason, my candle never made it to me. I got a notification saying it was delivered on aug.30 and it was put in parcel lockers. But when I check my box, no key for licker. So I asked my leading office if the luxer box had anything for me or if their back room had anything, and nothing. They were willing to open all of the lockers to check but none of them had my name. So I checked the post office and they also didn’t have anything. I’m so so upset I paid 9.99 for shipping on a 20$ candle, when you use to be able to find this one at tj max or Marshall’s and get it for 16.99. Ughhh!!!!
