Shipping disaster

First of all, I don’t want to bash the candle itself. I am obsessed with this candle. However I’m utterly disappointed because for some reason, my candle never made it to me. I got a notification saying it was delivered on aug.30 and it was put in parcel lockers. But when I check my box, no key for licker. So I asked my leading office if the luxer box had anything for me or if their back room had anything, and nothing. They were willing to open all of the lockers to check but none of them had my name. So I checked the post office and they also didn’t have anything. I’m so so upset I paid 9.99 for shipping on a 20$ candle, when you use to be able to find this one at tj max or Marshall’s and get it for 16.99. Ughhh!!!!

Candle smelled amazing, but when it burned it burned down the center no matter what I did. So now there’s a ton of the candle left around the sides. But still love it just because it smells amazing

It burns slowly. The scent is potent enough to be smelled throughout my house. Yet a soft scent when you take a whiff passing by.

At first whiff it smells amazing ! As you burn it , it smells like burnt plastic , and also burns terribly! Tunnels no matter if you burn it hours on first light . Just not for me.

Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email our Customer Service Department for additional assistance or with any other questions!
