    Disappointed

    I found a small version of this candle in TJ maxx… ordered the big one here on the website- scent is very very weak. I can barely smell it. Will not reorder.

    Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions!
