    I feel the sent is week. And when burning the sent is very faint.

    Hi Jennifer! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions! :)

    Disappointing

    Candle has very little scent. I compared it to many of my other candles to make sure it wasn't me. The scent it does have does not have woodsy/smokey/coal/etc notes. I would describe it more like a winter berry. It isn't bad but not as described at all.

    can't wait for it to return

    I was given this candle as A gift one Christmas season and I've been waiting to try and find it again and now that I've located it I am waiting patiently for to come back because it is amazing and it will help you remember your holidays forever.
