    Amazing

    This is my absolute favourite candle, burning it brings instant calm, very strong and warm fragrance. Used this candle continuously in a period of unsettlement and would make me feel better after around 5 minutes of burning. Please re stock soon!!!

    Hi Lynee! Thanks so much for your feedback! We are so happy to hear you enjoy the scent, but we apologize that you are unhappy with the strength of the candle. Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions!
