No scent

I purchased this candle as a gift for someone who loves the scent of roses. Unfortunately, there’s no scent to this candle. I really love the quality of DW candles but this is the second candle I recently purchased that doesn’t have any scent at all.

Hi Hannah! Thanks so much for your feedback! We are so happy to hear you enjoy the scent, but we apologize that you are unhappy with the strength of the candle. Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. We hope this helps!
