Love it but it really could have used a second wick so it would burn more evenly.
DHDW Home Candles1 year agoHi Denise! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. When the flame on your wicks are low and small, this means the wicks may be a little too short of the amount of wax in the candle. This can be an easy fix! We suggest burning your candle three times for about 3-4 hours during each burn to allow the wick more exposure in the wax. Candles self-correct which is why burning your candles multiple times for a few hours almost always fixes any issue! We also recommend that during this period, only trim the very top of your wicks that way the wick maintains a long enough length to burn properly.
If this solution does not work on your candle, please email our Customer Service Department a photo of the inside of the candle and we will gladly resolve this issue for you.
