    Poor customer service

    I’ve been a DW Home customer for years and have always loved the products. Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever needed customer service, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

    Early this morning I placed an order and realized within two minutes that I had submitted the wrong shipping address. Within five minutes, I submitted a correction request through the website since there is no customer service phone number listed. I even found a number for the parent company through AI and left a voicemail, but there was no way to reach an actual representative.

    Despite contacting DW Home immediately, I was just notified that the order shipped to the incorrect address. We will not be at that location for the next two weeks, and the package will almost certainly be lost. This was entirely preventable.

    Very disappointed in the lack of customer service access and the inability to correct a simple address error made minutes after ordering.

    Marvelous smell !

    Best candle I’ve bought in years! I bought one , and it was so good ! All my friends loved it too ! I ordered 5 more for gifts . Only problem is , I want to keep them all for myself!
