I was so disappointed when I got the candle. I had purchased one atTJ Maxx, or Marshalls, and the smell was beautiful and it lasted the whole life of the candle. When I got this one and the apple one I could barely smell them even when I put my nose right in the candle and it definately have any scent when I burned it.
Again very disappointing because the initial candle I got was my most favorite candle ever.

Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions!
