This candle has a wonderful clean scent with a great throw. It does not have one of those weird, fake beachy cologne type scents that a lot of ocean related scented candles have. I can light it and within minutes the room is filled. I highly recommend.

Not too strong so it won't give you a headache. Wooden wick provides a slow burn and a nice crackling sound. I'll burn them all day and it creates a nice homey smell.
Out of all the DW candles, this candle is the most effective at maintaining a noticeably clean scent in your room. I have bought other DW candles, and unless you buy a musky scent, the fragrance isn't strong enough to profuse throughout the room. Also, when it comes to a offering a clean smell, this candle contains the best mixture that provide a nice melody of a clean, oceanic note.
The wood wick provides a nice acoustic touch when the candles burns; it imitates the noise of wood cackling.
I probably will buy a dozen of this candle. I think I found my go-to candle.
