This is the first DW Home candle I’ve thrown away. It smelled nothing like anything reminiscent of any sticky bun I’ve ever had. I even offered it to my sister since smells can be subjective, she found it to be just as off putting as I did. Definitely a bust, but I have too many awesome ones in the win column to give up.

Was really expecting an alluring and strong throw like other DW home candles, but this one didn't meet expectations.

Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. We hope this helps!
