This is the “it” wick trimmer. It is well made, solid and the rose gold is beautiful.

It does not work well at all. The blades are not sharp enough. It is also enormous. One would be better served by small nail scissors. I understand the concept of needing to go into the holder deep as the wax burns and some wicks may need trimming at that point (as well as before first light) but that does not matter much when the blades are so dull and do not cut anyway. This seems like it came from Bejing's equivalent of a 99 Cent Store.
