Hi Annie! Thanks for reaching out! We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. When the flame on your wicks are low and small, this means the wicks may be a little too short of the amount of wax in the candle. This can be an easy fix! We suggest burning your candle three times for about 3-4 hours during each burn to allow the wick more exposure in the wax. Candles self-correct which is why burning your candles multiple times for a few hours almost always fixes any issue! We also recommend that during this period, only trim the very top of your wicks that way the wick maintains a long enough length to burn properly.
