    Sloppy paint - applied where is shouldn't be and large sections without

    This candle looks cute on the website, but the one I received the eyes and buttons were painted completely wonky and it completely ruined the look of the candle. There were also sections that should have been white even inside the candle on the visible rim that were painted brown, and large sections that should have brown but weren't painted at all. The quality completely missed the mark. When I contacted support they said "because our ceramics are painted by hand, slight imperfections can occur from time to time, but rest assured they do not affect the candle’s performance in any way." If I just wanted a candle to burn I wouldn't have paid extra for the design represented on the website to put as decoration on my mantle. They made me pay to ship the product (I received three of this similar design all with messy paint that look sloppy and cheap), and all they did was provide a store credit for my shipping cost that doesn't work with any other discount or promo code, so basically it's worthless. Will not be shopping here again. There website may show cute designs, but what you receive is not the same quality and their customer service is abhorrent .
