My husband ordered this candle because we've been looking for a scent that's like his grandpa's tobacco pipe. The candle smells great in the jar but has no "throw," meaning we have to be standing right next to the candle to notice the smell. Even when he's been burning it for several hours and I come into the house, I cannot smell the scent. And I have a very acute sense of smell. On the upside, the jar is attractive and sturdy! We remain on the hunt for a quality tobacco-pipe-smelling candle.

I am older that most trees and in all my life, I have never smelled a candle that smelled this great. I had to take it to work and let everyone smell it. Customers that walk by come in my office and ask me what it is. Though I have never smoked I can remember many years back when my grandpa smoked his pipe. Wonder what their second best candle is?

Awesome pipe tobacco scent warm and woodsy and it lingers nicely when you walk into the room. Also great for hiding cooking odors .
