Pretty Good, Just Doesnt Burn to the Edge

The scent is fresh, fruity, and not too sweet. My only problem is that it doesn't burn to the edges of the jar and forms a smaller hole in the center. I've had to wrap it in tinfoil so that the heat will melt the sides as well.

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle!
Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. When the flame on your wicks are low and small, this means the wicks may be a little too short of the amount of wax in the candle. This can be an easy fix! We suggest burning your candle three times for about 3-4 hours during each burn to allow the wick more exposure in the wax. Candles self-correct which is why burning your candles multiple times for a few hours almost always fixes any issue!
We also recommend that during this period, only trim the very top of your wicks that way the wick maintains a long enough length to burn properly.

If this solution does not work on your candle, please email our Customer Service Department a photo of the inside of the candle and we will gladly resolve this issue for you.

Best Volcano Dupe

I have purchased this candle not once, not twice, but three times in various sizes because it is that GOOD! My poor butt was looking for a volcano dupe, however after getting this candle I see no reason to ever go back to the volcano candles. Every single time I see one of these candles in store (TJMaxx one HomeGoods) I buy one because I want to constantly have one in my home. If you enjoy a citrus scent with a long burn this candle is for you.
