Let me explain. The candles notes are: Ebony wood reflects soft peach, white orchid and aquatic lotus over ambered sandalwood, smooth cedar and pure vanilla. This candle scent it pure elegance. It's a mix of the a soft feminine peach, orchid, lotus, vanilla in contrast with these masculine woody muskier tones that is not overpowering but dance well together. It's in the Siren collection so there is an element of by the sea, but not in a tropical beachy way, but salt brings out all the other aromas leaving you powerfully intoxicated buy something that smells like pure luxury.

DW home candles are know for quality rivaling these higher end brands, but without breaking the bank. This candle is perfect in the Siren collection (my favorite) as it single-handedly made me a a forever customer and keeps me coming back for more. I have purchased all of the candles in the Siren collections and they all are lovely, but this one is obviously my favorite.

This is my favorite DW candle! The scent is elegant, fresh and not overpowering. I just wish it wasn’t out of stock all the time.

I love the scent of this candle so much. I initially purchased for the aesthetics but now lighting it feels like such a treat. I do have issues with tunneling which I’ve experienced with most of the smaller candles I’ve purchased. I end up doing the aluminum foil trick to fix it but have to do it every time I burn the candle or it will burn unevenly.

But still a nice clean but warm smell! Not floral, more like salty.
