Hi there! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email our Customer Service Department for additional assistance or with any other questions!

Didn't love this one

This one was not for me. I ended up giving it to a neighbor. The smell was too sweet in an unpleasant way. I understand some people like that, but it was not what I was hoping for. I was hoping it would be more akin to the pumpkin vanilla which is more balanced.
