    I bought this candle a few years ago and absolutely loved it. The smell was amazing and i loved it. I found the large double wick candle yesterday and was so excited because i hadn’t been able to find it for the longest time, it burned fine at first but now its starting to cave because the flame is so small, I’ve never had this problem before so i was a little upset. Smells great but now i have a brand new candle i can’t burn :(

    Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle!
    Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. When the flame on your wicks are low and small, this means the wicks may be a little too short of the amount of wax in the candle. This can be an easy fix! We suggest burning your candle three times for about 3-4 hours during each burn to allow the wick more exposure in the wax. Candles self-correct which is why burning your candles multiple times for a few hours almost always fixes any issue!
    We also recommend that during this period, only trim the very top of your wicks that way the wick maintains a long enough length to burn properly.

    If this solution does not work on your candle, please email our Customer Service Department a photo of the inside of the candle and we will gladly resolve this issue for you.
