Lava Candle arrived broken inside its wrapping. Customer service would not replace the candle (my favorite scent and only reason why I ordered it!)
They refunded the sale price of the candle not including shipping. They gave me a 10% off discount for my next order but now that the candle is no longer on sale and I have to RE-PAY for shipping that would make.tbis candle now $25 when it was $13. Not happy with this and not ordering from DW online again.
