Hi Patricia! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candles! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email our Customer Service Department for additional assistance or with any other questions!

Really wanted to love this one…

5 stars for the smell, it’s amazing and really powerful. 2 star for the burn quality. The tunneling was bad on this candle for the single wood wick. I consider myself fairly proficient burning candles properly, but I struggled with this one. I’m willing to buy again (on sale) though because the smell really is that wonderful.
