Hey DW Home Candle fans! Have you signed up for our DW Rewards Loyalty Program? Our Customer Appreciation Week Sale is May 19, 2022 - May 22, 2022 and YOU can be included in our next big event. 

DW Rewards allows you to earn points for every dollar you spend on your favorite candles and home fragrance products. Once you accumulate enough points you can redeem them for candle cash, candles, or other products!

How it works:

• Bronze: Earn 3 points for every $1 you spend on our products. Redeem your points for cash: 500 points equals $5 in candle cash!
• Silver: Reach 500 points and become a member of our Silver tier. Unlock a $5 coupon to be used on your next order. Earn 4 points for every $1 you spend on our products.
• Gold: Reach 1,500 points and become a member of our Gold tier. Unlock a $10 coupon to be used on your next order. Earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on our products.
• Platinum: Reach 3,000 points and become a member of our Platinum tier. Unlock a $20 off coupon to be used on your next order. Earn 5 points for every $ you spend on our products.

We'll give you 200 points just for signing up! You can earn 50 points for following us on Instagram and 50 points for liking our Facebook. 

Already received your first order? Leave reviews on your favorite candles for 10 points and add photos to your reviews for an additional 50 points.

Redeem Points:

For Desktop Website: Log into your account and click “Ways to Redeem” to check how many points until your next reward. Once you’ve reached the necessary points for your reward be sure to redeem your reward so you can use it on your next order. Note: Redeeming a free candle or product also requires you to add the item to your cart and use the reward.

For App users: Log into your account and check your cart to redeem your rewards. If you are redeeming a product be sure to also add the item to your cart AND redeem your reward.

Note: Rewards Points must be redeemed within 1 year and Candle Cash must be used within 6 months of being redeemed.

Refer Friends:

Look for your personal referral link on your account and share it with friends to give them a $2 off coupon. Once they make their first purchase, you'll also earn a $2 off coupon. 

Keeping your status:

As long as the points are acquired each year, you can remain in the same tier or earn more points to move up in tiers.  

Example: To remain in the Silver Status, you must maintain 500 or more points each year to maintain the Silver Status. If Rewards Points drop below 500, the status will move from Silver to Bronze. If Rewards Points increase to 1500 or more, the status will move from Silver to Gold.

Do my DW Home Rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards Points must be redeemed within 1 year and Candle Cash must be used within 6 months of being redeemed.

Can I combine my Candle Cash with a discount code?

No, Candle Cash cannot be combined with any discount codes. A customer can use Candle Cash on one order then a discount code on a separate order, but the two cannot be combined.

What happens to my Rewards Points if I return a candle?

If a candle is returned or refunded for any reason, the points earned for that candle will be deducted from the customer’s DW Rewards Loyalty Program.

Can I receive Rewards Points for DW Home candles purchased outside of the DW Home website?

No. Rewards Points can only be acquired through purchases made on the DW Home website.

 Can I receive free shipping if I apply Candle Cash to an order?

Yes. Free shipping can be applied on any order over $75. If Candle Cash is used on an order, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout as long as the total remains over $75 after Candle Cash has been added.
